Kasikorn Securities stated in the analysis with a “BUY” recommendation on TOP and a target price at ฿51.00/share that the refinery-related stocks would receive positive factors from the discount of Official Selling Price (OSP) from Saudi Arabia in which its state-enterprise Saudi Aramco announced a reduction in the price of exported Arab Light crude oil (including Arab Extra Light) to the Asian market in May 2020 by USD7.3 per barrel.

ขณะที่คาดรายได้เติบโต CAGR 30% ต่อปี และทำให้สัดส่วนรายได้จากช่องทางนี้จะเพิ่มจากปัจจุบัน 8% เป็น 13% ในช่วง 3 ปีหน้า ขณะที่อัตราทำกำไรคาดเพิ่มขึ้น เช่นกัน จากช่องทาง NSR ที่มี Margin สูง และด้านต้นทุนผลิตเน้นเพิ่มสัดส่วนสินค้า Outsourcing จากปัจจุบัน 14% เป็น 25% ซึ่งมีต้นทุนต่ำกว่าผลิตเอง ขณะที่การผลิตเองจะไม่เพิ่มกำลังการผลิต โดยคง Utilization rate ไว้ที่ 95% แต่จะเน้นผลิตเฉพาะสินค้า High margin และเน้นสร้าง value ให้แบรนด์เป็นหลัก
