นายณรงค์ ทัศนนิพนธ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ซีฟโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SEAFCO เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทตั้งเป้ารายได้ปี 60 เติบโต 10-15% จากปีนี้ที่คาดว่ามีรายได้จะทำได้เพียง 1.8 พันล้านบาทใกล้เคียงกับปีก่อน แต่ต่ำกว่าเป้าหมายที่คาดไว้ 2 พันล้านบาท หลังในช่วง 9 เดือนแรกปีนี้ทำรายได้ได้ราว 1.38 พันล้านบาท เนื่องจากหลายโครงการชะลอการประมูล และการดำเนินงานของบริษัทมีความล่าช้า แต่ในปี 60 บริษัทจะรับรู้รายได้จากมูลค่ายอดขายรอโอน (Backlog) ที่ปัจจุบันมีอยู่ราว 1.39 พันล้านบาท ซึ่งจะทยอยรับรู้รายได้ไปจนถึงช่วงกลางปี 60

ขณะที่อุตสาหกรรมที่ส่งผลบวกต่อดัชนีอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร การผลิตและส่งออกในภาพรวมปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นจากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน 2.1% และ 4.4% ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากการผลิตผักผลไม้ ปศุสัตว์และน้ำตาลที่เพิ่มขึ้น แม้จะมีปัญหาภัยแล้งที่ทำให้ผลผลิตสินค้าเกษตรของโลกลดลง แต่ส่งผลแนวโน้มราคาสินค้าเพิ่มขึ้นทำให้การผลิตและการส่งออกปรับตัวดีขึ้น โดยในเนื้อสัตว์และผลิตภัณฑ์จากเนื้อสัตว์ การผลิตและจำหน่ายเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อเทียบกับช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน เนื่องจาก ความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นส่วนเนื้อสัตว์แช่แข็งในประเทศเพิ่มขึ้น
