Land and Houses Public Company Limited (LH) announced Land and Houses USA Inc., the Company’s 100% owned subsidiary, has sold the apartment building in California named “The Mode Residence” to a non-related party at total price of 80.05 million U.S. dollars or 2,415.59 million baht (at exchange rate 1 U.S. dollar = 30.176 baht), equivalent to 1.99% of total assets (according to the Company’s financial statements as of 30 September 2020). 

In June, the value of merchandise exports contracted by 24.6 percent from the same period last year, slightly higher than the previous month. Excluding gold, however, the contraction rate substantially reduced to 18.4 percent from 29.0 percent last month. This was due to the improvement of exports in almost all categories, consistent with improving economic activities in trading partner countries after the relaxation of lockdown measures.

ทั้งนี้ อันดับเครดิตของบริษัทมีปัจจัยเสริมบางส่วนจากการสนับสนุนที่บริษัทได้รับจากบริษัทไทยเบฟ ทั้งนี้ ทริสเรทติ้งพิจารณาว่าบริษัทมีความสำคัญในเชิงกลยุทธ์ต่อธุรกิจเครื่องดื่มปราศจากแอลกอฮอล์และธุรกิจอาหารของบริษัทไทยเบฟ ทริสเรทติ้งจึงคาดว่าบริษัทจะได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่จากบริษัทไทยเบฟรวมถึงการสนับสนุนทางการเงินในยามจำเป็นอีกด้วย เนื่องจากบริษัทมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดำเนินธุรกิจอาหารและธุรกิจเครื่องดื่มปราศจากแอลกอฮอล์ของกลุ่มบริษัทไทยเบฟ
