PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) issued that on April 2, 2020, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), which is PTT’s wholly-owned subsidiary, has filed an application for the Initial Public Offering of its newly issued ordinary shares (IPO), including its registration statements and its draft prospectus, to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and concurrently filed its application for the listing of its common shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

อนึ่ง SAK เป็นผู้ให้บริการสินเชื่อรายย่อยแก่ประชาชนภายใต้ชื่อแบรนด์ ศักดิ์สยาม เสนอขายหุ้น IPO จำนวนไม่เกิน 546 ล้านหุ้น พาร์หุ้นละ 1 บาท คิดเป็น 26% ของจำนวนหุ้นสามัญที่ออกและเรียกชำระแล้วทั้งหมดของบริษัท โดยภายหลังการขายหุ้น IPO จะทำให้มีทุนจดทะเบียนเรียกชำระแล้ว 2,096 ล้านบาท จาก 1,550 ล้านบาท ขณะที่จะนำเงินที่ได้จากการระดมทุนไปขยายการให้สินเชื่อและใช้เป็นเงินทุนหมุนเวียนในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT) เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
