นายไตรเตชะ กล่าวว่า บริษัทยังคงเป้ายอดขายทั้งปีนี้ไว้ที่ 27,000 ล้านบาท ตามการเปิดตัวโครงการใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งปีนี้มีแผนเปิดตัวทั้งสิ้น 29 โครงการใหม่ มูลค่ารวม 37,200 ล้านบาท โดยในช่วงไตรมาส 1/60 บริษัททำยอดขายได้แล้ว 7,561 ล้านบาท และเปิดตัวโครงการใหม่ไปแล้วจำนวน 2 โครงการ เป็นคอนโดมิเนียม จำนวน 1 โครงการ และโครงการแนวราบ จำนวน 1 โครงการ
