นายศิริรุจ จุลกะรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม (สศอ.) เปิดเผยว่า ภาวะเศรษฐกิจภาคอุตสาหกรรมในปี 59 คาดว่าจะเติบโตได้ 3-4% ฟื้นตัวจากปี 58 ที่คาดว่าจะเติบโตราว 0-1% ทั้งนี้ ภายใต้สมมติฐานอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเฉลี่ยในปีนี้ที่ ระดับ37-38 บาท/ดอลลาร์ ราคาน้ำมันดิบที่ 40-45 ดอลลาร์/บาร์เรล ซึ่งแม้การขยายตัวจะยังอยู่ในอัตราต่ำ แต่หากเทียบกับประเทศอื่นๆ แล้วจะพบว่าแนวโน้มของไทยปรับตัวดีขึ้นตามทิศทางภาพรวมของภาคอุตสาหกรรม

The payment will be separated into three installments. The first installment will be in an amount of THB 125.90 million, equivalent to 10% of the value of the disposed assets which is paid on the SPA signing date. The second installment will be in an amount of THB 1,133.10 million, equivalent to 90% of the value of the disposed assets which is paid on the Completion Date when the SPM shares are transferred to the Buyer.
