In the next step, the planners will prepare the business reorganization plan as soon as possible and it is expected that THAI will propose the business reorganization plan to the Court within the fourth quarter of this year. Subsequently, the official receiver will call a creditors’ meeting to consider THAI’s business reorganization plan around early 2021 and the Court will issue an order approving the plan and appoint the plan administrator within the 1st quarter of 2021. Then, THAI will proceed to implement the business reorganization plan.

โดยในวันนี้ (30 ก.ย.2562) ทนายความของบริษัทฯได้ไปศาลตามนัด พร้อมยื่นคำให้การว่าบริษัทฯมิได้มีหนี้สินล้นพ้นตัว บริษัทฯยังมีทรัพย์สินมากกว่าหนี้สิน โดยสามารถพิจารณาได้จากงบการเงินที่บริษัทฯ ได้รายงานต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ฉบับล่าสุด สิ้นสุด ณ วันที่ 31 ธ.ค.2561 ซึ่งแสดงยอดสินทรัพย์รวม 1,742 ล้านบาท แต่มียอดรวมหนี้สินเพียงจำนวน 1,451 ล้านบาท จะเห็นได้ว่ามีสินทรัพย์มากกว่าหนี้สินถึง 291 ล้านบาท ซึ่งสูงกว่า 3 เท่าของมูลหนี้ที่ฟ้อง 84 ล้านบาท จึงขอให้ศาลได้โปรดยกฟ้อง ศาลจึงได้มีคำสั่งกำหนดวันนัดสืบพยานคู่ความในวันที่ 3 และ 4 ธ.ค.2562

เท่าที่ผ่านมาในรอบปีนี้ ธนาคารส่วนใหญ่สามารถบริหารจัดการ NPL ให้ทรงตัวได้ และ NPL coverage ปรับเพิ่มขึ้นเล็กน้อย จากการตัดหนี้สูญ (โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง KBANK, KTB, TMB, และ BBL) แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อภาวะเศรษฐกิจพลิกมาเป็นขาลง ก็มีความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดการไหลกลับของหนี้ปรับโครงสร้างมีมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง KBANK ซึ่งสินเชื่อปรับโครงสร้างคิดเป็นสัดส่วนเกือบ 10% ของสินเชื่อรวม ในขณะที่ของ BBL, KTB, และ SCB อยู่ที่ 5-6% เท่านั้น ใช้สมมติฐานในกรณีฐาน ว่า credit cost ของกลุ่มธนาคารจะลดลงเกือบ 10bps โดยคาดว่าของ KBANK จะลดลง 20bps เหลือ 165bps ในปีหน้า
