โดยบริษัทฯ ขอเรียนว่า บริษัทฯ บริษัทย่อย และผู้บริหาร ได้ดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความสุจริต คำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของผู้ถือหุ้นและสังคมโดยรวมเป็นสำคัญตลอดมา ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯจะปฏิบัติตามคำพิพากษาของศาลฎีกาโดยจะทำการชำระเงินตามคำพิพากษาให้เสร็จสิ้นโดยเร็ว อนึ่ง การชำระเงินดังกล่าวบริษัทฯ ไดว้างเงินต่อศาลเป็นหลักประกันการขอทุเลาการบังคับคดีในระหว่างฎีกา จำนวน 1,891,597.78 บาท ไว้แล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2560 จึงไม่มีผลกระทบต่อการดำ เนินธุรกิจปกติของบริษัทฯแต่อย่างใด

As the outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19) in Thailand has grown more severe and the government has requested that private sector carefully consider activities involving gatherings, which may promote person-to-person transmission of the virus. Based on the aforementioned reason, the Board of Directors, at the meeting No. 4/2020 held on 9 April 2020, has carefully and thoroughly considered all related matters and resolved to approve as follows:
