ทั้งนี้ ผลการดำเนินงานไตรมาสดังกล่าวลดลงเนื่องจากบริษัทมีรายได้จากการบริหารงานโรงไฟฟ้าลดลง 38% จากการจำหน่ายเงินลงทุน 60% ของจำนวนหุ้นทั้งหมดในบริษัท TTCL Gas Power Pte.Ltd. (TTGP) เมื่อต้นเดือนมิ.ย.62 ขณะที่บริษัทบันทึกผลขาดทุนจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่ 49 ล้านบาท สาเหตุจากการแข็งค่าของสกุลเงินบาท นอกจากนี้มีค่าใช้จ่ายการบริหารเพิ่มขึ้น 119% จากการตั้งค่าเผื่อหนี้สงสัยจะสูญ ภาระผูกพันด้านผลประโยชน์ของพนักงาน ค่าใช้จ่ายประมูลงาน และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจำหน่ายเงินลงทุนในบริษัท TTGP
