โดยนักลงทุนบางส่วนหันมาสะสม DW บนหุ้นอสังหาริมทรัพย์ โดยมีแรงซื้อสุทธิ ใน QH28C1512A 7.9 ล้านหน่วย รวมทั้ง SIRI28C1512A นอกจากนี้ยังมีแรงซื้อสุทธิใน TTA28C1601A 4.8 ล้านหน่วย และ ADVA28C1603A 1.7 ล้านหน่วย รวมทั้งมีแรงซื้อสุทธิใน S5028P1510B 2.9 ล้านหน่วยอีกด้วย ส่วนทางด้านแรงขายสุทธิ นักลงทุนขายสุทธิ PTT28C1510A 58.7 ล้านหน่วย เนื่องจากเป็นรุ่นที่ใกล้หมดอายุ และมีแรงขายสุทธิใน CPF28C1512A 10.2 ล้านหน่วย ITD28C1510B 9.5 ล้านหน่วย และ TPIP28C1512A 7.6 ล้านหน่วย ตามลำดับ

Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML) has announced that its Board of Directors resolved to propose to the shareholders in the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to consider and approve the investment in the “ONE CITY CENTRE” Project, a commercial building development project (OCC Project), on the leased land that RML had a long-term 30-year lease of a plot of land in the vicinity of Ploenchit Road. The total investment in this project is THB 9,096 million.
