สำหรับการเพิ่มเติมขอบเขตงาน ได้แก่ งานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางโยธาและระบบไฟฟ้าเครื่องกล ในส่วนของโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีน้ำเงินส่วนต่อขยายเพิ่มเติมจากสัญญาผู้บริหารงานซ่อมบำรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางโยธา และไฟฟ้าเครื่องกลโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีน้ำเงิน (สายเฉลิมรัชมงคล) คิดเป็นมูลค่าประมาณ 1.45 พันล้านบาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) มีระยะเวลาสิ้นสุดสัญญาประมาณเดือน มี.ค.70

In the clarification published on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, CBG stated that the company was notified by Mr. Sathien Setthasit, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the major shareholder, regarding the sales of 22,500,000 shares (i.e. 2.25% of CBG’s registered and paid-up capital) to a number of domestic and/or foreign institutional investors on May 26, 2020.
