ทั้งนี้การเปลี่ยนแปลงมูลค่าหุ้นที่ตราไว้ดังกล่าวมีผลให้จำนวนของบริษัทเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมโดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ โดยก่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงมูลค่าหุ้นที่ตราไว้ บริษัทมีทุนจดทะเบียน 586,396,798 บาท และมีทุนชำระแล้ว 586,396,798 บาท โดยมีจำนวนหุ้นทั้งหมด 586,396,798 หุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้ 1 บาท
