แม้ระหว่างวันจะมีการสวิงตัวบ้างจากแรงขายทำกำไรที่ออกมา แต่ตลาดก็ยังสามารถเคลื่อนไหวในแดนบวกได้ จากสภาพคล่องในระบบที่มีอยู่สูง ทำให้การปรับฐานระหว่างทางจึงไม่มาก โดยตลาดบ้านเราได้รับแรงหนุนจากหุ้นขนาดกลาง-เล็ก เนื่องจากอยู่ในช่วงของการปรับลดประมาณการกำไรของบริษัทจดทะเบียนอยู่ ทำให้พบว่าหุ้นขนาดใหญ่จะเคลื่อนไหวได้น้อยกว่าหุ้นขนาดกลาง-เล็ก

ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ราคาหุ้นปรับตัวลดลง คาดมาจากวานนี้ (21 ธ.ค.2560) พบว่าได้มีการทำรายการบิ๊กล็อตหุ้น KBANK-F ออกมาจำนวน 8 รายการ รวมทั้งสิ้น 1.99 พันล้านหุ้น ในราคาเฉลี่ย 233.58 บาทต่อหุ้น คิดเป็นมูลค่ารวม 446 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นราคาต่ำกว่ากระดานซื้อขายวานนี้ ซึ่งปิดตลาดที่ 238 บาท โดยทำให้นักลงทุนต่างชาติเทขายตามออกมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
