วันนี้(18 ก.พ.)ที่กองบัญชาการกองทัพบก (บก.ทบ.) ถ.ราชดำเนิน แหล่งข่าวจากกองทัพบก เปิดเผยว่า  พล.อ.อภิรัชต์ คงสมพงษ์ ผู้บัญชาการทหารบก (ผบ.ทบ.) ได้สั่งการให้กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารบก นำเพลงแนวปลุกใจทหาร  เช่น เพลงมาร์ชกองทัพบก เพลงหนักแผ่นดิน ความฝันอันสูงสุด เป็นต้น ไปเปิดในสถานีวิทยุกองทัพบกที่มีกว่า 126 สถานีทั่วประเทศทุกวัน ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ตั้งแต่เวลา 07.00 น. ในรายการ “ทบ.เพื่อประชาชน” และเวลา 12.00 น. ในรายการ “รู้รักสามัคคีทำความดีเพื่อแผ่นดิน”

ทั้งนี้ JASIF เป็นหนึ่งในสองกองทุนรวมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย โดยกองทุนถูกจัดตั้งขึ้นในเดือน ก.พ.15 ซึ่งระดมทุน 5.5 หมื่นลบ. เพื่อลงทุนในเส้นใยแก้วนำแสงของบริษัท ทริปเปิลที บรอดแบนด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (TTTBB) จำนวน 980,000 คอร์กิโลเมตร JASIF จัดหาผลประโยชน์ในทรัพย์สินโดยให้ TTTBB เช่าเส้นใยแก้วนำแสงตามสัญญาเช่าเป็นระยะเวลา 11 ปี โดยจำนวน 800,000 คอร์กิโลเมตร ถูกส่งมอบ ณ ในวันเริ่มต้นสัญญา และอีก 180,000 คอร์กิโลเมตร จะทยอยส่งมอบภายใน 2 ปี

Under such dispute, TOT claimed for an additional payment of Baht 62,774 million under the amendment no.6 and no.7 to the Cellular Mobile Telephone Service agreement. TOT claimed that the amendment no.6 (amended on 15 May 2001 regarding the reduction of revenue share in prepaid service) and no.7 (amended on 20 September 2002 regarding the deduction of roaming expense) resulted in the loss of benefit to TOT when compared to the main service agreement.
