ทั้งนี้ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 171 (4) และ 171 (1) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ. 2535 คณะกรรมการตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ จึงสั่งเพิกถอนหลักทรัพย์ของ BAT-3K จากการเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน และรับหลักทรัพย์ของ 3K-BAT เป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่นายทะเบียนรับจดทะเบียนการควบบริษัท กล่าวคือตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ต.ค. 2563 (มีผลในระบบการซื้อขายตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 ต.ค. 2563) และเริ่มซื้อขายได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 ต.ค. 2563

โดยหลังจากที่ได้เปิดตัวเว็บไซต์ ก็มีประชาชนเข้ามาใช้บริการมากถึงกว่า 18,000 คน และเพื่อเป็นการต่อยอดในการดูแลประชาชนให้ครบสมบูรณ์มากขึ้น กทม. จึงได้ร่วมมือกับเพจ หมอแล็บแพนด้า ให้บริการตรวจวินิจฉัยกับผู้ที่มีผลการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยง โดยส่งหน่วยเคลื่อนที่ออกไปทดสอบการติดเชื้อ (SWAB) ให้ถึงที่บ้าน หรือชุมชนที่ผู้รับการตรวจสะดวก ซึ่งหากผลการทดสอบการติดเชื้อออกมาเป็น Positive (ติดเชื้อ) กทม. จะส่งเข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อรับการรักษาทันที
