ทั้งนี้ เอกสารแถลงผลการวินิจฉัยของศาลรัฐธรรมนูญในวันนี้เกี่ยวกับร่าง พ.ร.บ.ประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วยการได้มาซึ่งสมาชิกวุฒิสภา ระบุว่า ประธานสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ (สนช.) มีหนังสือและส่งความเห็นของสมาชิก สนช.จำนวน 30 คน ขอให้ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญวินิจัยตามรัฐธรรมนูญ มาตรา 148 วรรคหนึ่ง (1) ประกอบมาตรา 263 ว่า ร่าง พ.ร.บ.ประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วยการได้มาซึ่งสมาชิกวุฒิสภา พ.ศ มาตรา 91 มาตรา 92 มาตรา 93 มาตรา 94 มาตรา 95 และมาตรา 96 มีข้อความขัดหรือแย้งต่อรัฐธรรมนูญ มาตรา 107 หรือไม่

นางสุนทรี จรรโลงบุตร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เทคโนเมดิคัล จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TM เปิดเผยว่า ในปี 2562 บริษัทตั้งเป้ายอดขายสินค้า หรืออุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์เติบโต 5% จากปีก่อนเนื่องจากการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ ๆ หลังจากบริษัทได้เซ็นสัญญาเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้ากับบริษัท BD ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ และ Marubeni  ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยในปัจจุบันบริษัทมีสัดส่วนรายได้มาจากกลุ่มอุปกรณ์และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองอยู่ที่ 85% และกลุ่มอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์อยู่ที่ 15% ของรายได้รวม

Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STEC) announced the Board of Directors Meeting on September 24, 2020 has approved the purchase of the Business of STIT Co., Ltd. (STIT) from STP I Public Company Limited (STPI)  by way of acquisition of entire (100%) 13,500,000 shares with the nominal par value of 10 Baht each at the total purchase price of 674,487,000 Baht with the interest expenses amounting to 19,042,576 Baht, totaling 693,529,576 Baht.

Additionally, CBG aims to increase its bottle and can filling capacity by 40-30% to 4.2mn bottles per day and 5.7mn cans per day to support growing demand overseas. CBG expects the new capacity to begin a commercial run in 4Q20. The company has a plan to develop an ecosystem for its business by establishing a packaging business under its arm APM. Such a vertical integration expansion should reduce its operating cost and thus boost gross profit margin in the long term.
