จากกรณีที่ในวันนี้ (1 ส.ค.) บริษัท สมาร์ทคอนกรีต จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SMART เกิดกระแสข่าวลือว่า อยู่ระหว่างเตรียมการขายธุรกิจหลักของบริษัท รวมถึงโรงงาน , เครื่องจักร และการผลิต ให้กับบริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตชลบุรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ CCP ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทแม่ โดยให้ในมูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่าส่วนเพิ่ม 20% หรือประมาณ 700 ล้านบาท จากมูลค่าทางบัญชี 570 ล้านบาท ซึ่งกรณีดังกล่าวจะส่งผลให้ SMART รับรู้กำไรทันที
