Despite moderate loan growth of 2.2% YoY due to the slower economy, net interest income (NII) increased 7.4% YoY to 26.2 billion baht in the third quarter. SCB’s proactive risk management and strategy to rebalance its loan portfolio towards higher margin products was the main reason for this NII growth.

ส่วนกลุ่มลูกค้าที่มองว่ามีการเติบโตและมีการซื้อโครงการเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องในปัจจุบันเป็นกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ซื้อโครงการระดับราคา 3-10 ล้านบาท  มีอัตราการ walk-in และการซื้อที่เพิ่มขึ้นมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะที่ลูกค้าระดับบนที่ซื้อโครงการราคามากกว่า 10 ล้านบาท ยังมีการเติบโต แต่เป็นการเติบโตในอัตราที่ชะลอตัวลง

เมื่อโครงการหนุมานสามารถดำเนินงานได้เต็มปี ทริสเรทติ้งคาดว่าปริมาณไฟฟ้าที่ผลิตได้รวมจากโรงไฟฟ้าทุกแห่งน่าจะมีจำนวนอย่างน้อย 1,400 ล้านหน่วยต่อปีในปี 2563 ทั้งนี้ ทริสเรทติ้งคาดว่ากำไรก่อนดอกเบี้ย ภาษี ค่าเสื่อม ราคาและค่าตัดจำหน่าย (EBITDA) จากการลงทุนในโรงไฟฟ้าทั้งหมดจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 10,000 ล้านบาทต่อปี
