Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) has announced that according to the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 27, 2018, the meeting approved the issuances and offerings of any type and category not more than 10 years of debentures of GULF (including without limitation, secured, unsecured, subordinated and unsubordinated debentures) depending on the market condition at the time of each issuance and offerings.

สำหรับปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการขยายตัวของเศรษฐกิจไทยในขณะนี้จะมาจากภาคการท่องเที่ยวที่ยังจะช่วยผลักดันเศรษฐกิจอย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงปีหน้า แม้ว่าสัดส่วนภาคท่องเที่ยวจะคิดเป็นเพียง 10% ของ GDP ก็ตาม โดยภาคท่องเที่ยวไทยเติบโตจากนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนเป็นหลัก ซึ่งจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวจีนในช่วง 8 เดือนที่ผ่านมาเติบโตได้ 100% และจะส่งผลไปถึงปีหน้าอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการลงทุนภาครัฐและมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจต่างๆที่จะออกมาเข้ามาช่วยขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจไทย
