On 8 July 2019, STA has informed that the Board of Directors approved the plan of issuance and offering of newly issued ordinary shares of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) in the initial public offering (IPO) and the listing of STGT on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and/or any other stock exchanges (Spin-Off). The number of newly-issued shares to be offered in the IPO shall not exceed 31% of the total paid-up capital of STGT after the IPO which expects to be completed in 3Q2020.

SET เคลื่อนไหวแคบ.กลุ่มโรงกลั่นแข็งแรงกว่าตลาด: SET ยังเคลื่อนไหวในกรอบแคบต่อไปโดยกลุ่มหุ้นที่คาดการณ์กำไรออกมาดี และราคาหุ้นอ่อนตัวลงก่อนหน้านี้อย่าง WORK EA ปรับสูงขึ้นเด่น รวมไปถึงกลุ่มโรงกลั่น อย่าง SPRC ESSO TOP ที่ได้ผลดีจาก 1) ค่าการกลั่นสูง US$7-8/bbl และ 2) ได้ผลดีจากการลอยตัวราคาก๊าซ LPG โดย SPRC และ ESSO จะเป็นโรงกลั่นที่ได้ผลดีมากที่สุดจากการลอยตัวก๊าซ LPGขแนะนำ ฐซื้อฑ กลุ่มหุ้นที่คาดการณ์กำไรเติบโตแกร่ง WORK EA MTLS ขณะที่กลุ่มโรงกลั้นแนะนำ ฐซื้อฑ SPRC รับปันผลกลางปี 3.6% และ ESSO ที่ PE ต่ำ 5.6x

โดยการรักษาเสถียรภาพของเศรษฐกิจและตลาดการเงินนี้ ถือเป็นหน้าที่ของมาตรการด้านการเงิน ซึ่งควรเร่งอุดรูรั่ว และเร่งสร้างความเชื่อมั่นของตลาดก่อนเป็นอันดับแรก ดังนั้น มาตรการ 9 แสนล้านบาทในรอบนี้ จึงจำเป็นต้องพุ่งเป้าหมายไปที่การจัดตั้งกองทุนเพื่อดูแลตลาดตราสารหนี้เอกชนที่มีขนาดใหญ่ราว 22% ของจีดีพี ซึ่งจะช่วยทั้งตัวกิจการที่ต้องการระดมทุนไปชำระคืนหนี้เดิม และเสริมสภาพคล่องทางธุรกิจ รวมถึงช่วยผู้ลงทุนสถาบันและรายย่อย ซึ่งต้องยอมรับว่าในระยะหลัง ผู้ฝากเงินรายย่อยหันมาออมเงินทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมในตราสารหนี้มากขึ้น
