ด้าน นายกิจพณ ไพรไพศาลกิจ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิเคราะห์และนักกลยุทธ์ บล.ยูโอบี เคย์เฮียน (ประเทศไทย) เปิดเผยว่า ตลาดหุ้นไทยเช้านี้ปรับตัวลง เนื่องจากยังมีปัจจัยลบเข้ามากดดัน โดยเช้านี้มีความกังวลเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มแบงก์หลังจากที่มีกระแสข่าวออกมาว่า รมว.คลังได้แสดงความเห็นเรื่องส่วนต่างอัตราดอกเบี้ยที่แบงก์ปล่อยกู้ให้กับลูกค้ารายใหญ่และรายเล็กมีความแตกต่างกันมาก ทำให้ธุรกิจขนาดเล็กแข่งขันได้ลำบาก

The Committee thus voted unanimously to cut the policy rate by 0.25 percentage point, from 1.00 to 0.75 percent effective on 23 March 2020, to reduce interest burdens of borrowers affected by the outbreak and to alleviate liquidity strain in the financial markets. This would mitigate the impact on the economy and would also reinforce fiscal measures already implemented and forthcoming.

Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) announced that Siri Ventures Co., Ltd., (which is a subsidiary company), has invested in a newly established company, namely Juzmatch Co., Ltd. (Juzmatch), for 15% of its total issued shares with an investment value of 150,000 baht, together with other shareholders including Mr.Rattanapon Monmahachinda for 46.75% and Mr.Nuth Boonyapibal for 38.25%.
