โดยการเลื่อนการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปีดังกล่าวจะไม่มีผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานบริษัทฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ รวมทั้งสิทธิของผู้ถือหุ้นในการรับเงินปันผล ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะจัดให้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทภายในวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2563  เพื่อให้มีมติเกี่ยวกับการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลแทนการจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีให้กับผู้ถือหุ้น โดยบริษัทได้มีการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจากผลการดำเนินงานงวดวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2562-วันที่ 30 กันยายน 2562 ไปแล้วในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.20 บาท คงเหลือเงินปันผลที่จะจ่ายในงวดนี้อัตราหุ้นละ 0.05 บาท

สำหรับการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ รวมถึงการเพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนในครั้งนี้ บริษัทเตรียมแผนงานที่จะเพิ่มช่องทางในการหารายได้ให้แก่กลุ่มบริษัท ภายใต้ Investment Platform เพื่อการลงทุนในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์และการก่อสร้าง โดยมีกลุ่มบริษัทที่ทำหน้าที่หาผู้ลงทุน (Ensemble Equity PTE., LTD. และ Profin Group) และบริษัทผู้คัดเลือกโครงการที่น่าสนใจ (Project One) เกิดเป็นโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (Project SPV) ที่บริษัทในเครือ PPS ทั้งหมดสามารถต่อยอดโอกาสนี้ในการทำหน้าที่เป็น Project support หรือ Technical service

Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM) has stated that the company board of Directors’ has resolved to approve for BEM to execute a connected transaction on the engagement of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) to carry out additional work under the agreement for the project management, supply, installation and test run and commissioning of M E equipment for the MRT Blue Line Project by adding work which is beyond the existing scope of work in the amount of THB 293,294,500.
