ทั้งนี้ บริษัทยอมรับว่าหากมีกลุ่มทุนทุนให้ราคาเสนอซื้อโรงแรมดาราเทวี เชียงใหม่ ที่คุ้มค่าและมีมูลค่าสูงที่เหมาะสมก็มีความสนใจที่จะขายโรงแรมดังกล่าวออกไป เพราะบริษัทสามารถนำเงินที่ได้จากการขายโรงแรมดาราเทวี เชียงใหม่ มาใช้ในการลงทุนอื่น ๆ เพื่อต่อยอดธุรกิจ และเป็นผลบวกต่อบริษัท แม้ว่าในเบื้องต้นบริษัทตัดสินใจซื้อโรงแรมดาราเทวี เชียงใหม่ เพื่อบริหาร และต่อยอดธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ก็ตาม

The acquisition of the ordinary shares in 9 Joint Venture Companies in proportion of 50% from U City. By acquiring such ordinary shares, the Company will accept from U City the transfers of claims on existing loan granted to the Acquired Joint Venture Company by U City where the purchase price for ordinary shares and claims on loans are in the total amount of 1,547,188,846.41 Baht.
