ส่วนการที่นางโนรี สุขสวัสดิ์ ได้ขายหุ้น NYT จำนวน 18.43% ให้กับ บริษัท เอ็น.วาย.เค.(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (NYK) มองว่าเป็นผลดีต่อ NYT เพราะปัจจุบัน NYT ถือหุ้นอยู่ในบริษัท แหลมฉบัง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล โร-โร เทอร์มินัล จำกัด สัดส่วน 20% ขณะที่ NYK ถือหุ้นในบริษัทดังกล่าว 80% จึงเอื้อประโยชน์กันทำให้แข็งแกร่งมากขึ้น เพราะท่าเรือ C0 นอกจากเป็นท่าเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้ารถยนต์แล้ว ยังมีสินค้าทั่วไปด้วย เช่น สินค้าหนัก สินค้าแท่นขุดเจาะ ซึ่งรองรับสินค้าอื่นๆด้วย ทำให้สามารถให้บริการได้ครบวงจรมากขึ้น
