โดยในส่วนของรายงานการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) ของโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานลมนั้น มีเงื่อนไขอยู่ 2 ประการคือ โครงการต้องอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ของป่าอนุรักษ์ หรือหรือในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำชั้นที่หนึ่ง ซึ่งโครงการโรงไฟฟ้าสราญรมย์วินด์ฟาร์มตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ที่เป็นโฉนด และบางส่วนที่เป็น นส.3 หรือหนังสือรับรองจากเจ้าหน้าที่ว่า ได้ทำประโยชน์ในที่ดินแล้วแต่มีเพียงสิทธิ์ครอบครองไม่มีกรรมสิทธิ์ โดยหนังสือเป็นแบบธรรมดามีการรังวัด และจัดทำแผนที่ของที่ดิน ซึ่งโครงการของบริษัทนั้นไม่เข้าข่ายเงื่อนไขต้องทำ EIA ตามที่กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (ทส.) กำหนด

In regard to land purchasing, LPN expects to develop this plot of land into a condominium consisting of 2 eight stories building approximately and 466 units for residential and commercial. The estimated value of this project is approximately THB600 million with development and selling period are approximately 9 months.LPN expects to launch the project in the 3 quarter of 2019 and transfer the right of ownership. The revenue of this project will be recognized in the year 2020 which LPN expects the gross profit margin of approximately 30%.
