After the completion of the Transaction, CPN Pattaya will be obligated to make a tender offer for the remaining shares in GLAND held by all other shareholders in the number of 3,221,697,225 shares in GLAND (equal to 49.57% of total issued and outstanding shares of GLAND), pursuant to the principles and methodology stipulated in the tender offer.

ด้านนางเสาวคุณ ครุจิตร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร PORT เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทฯคาดว่าปีนี้รายได้จะเติบโต 15% หลังจากบริษัทย่อย บริษัท บางกอก บาร์จ เทอร์มินอล จำกัด หรือ BBT เซ็นสัญญาร่วมกับสายการเดินเรือ Ocean network express (ONE line) ซึ่งเป็นสายการเดินเรือใหญ่ระดับโลก ทำให้ผลประกอบการเติบโตต่อเนื่องโดยล่าสุด BBT เริ่มมีกำไรแล้วในเดือนมิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา

นอกจากนี้ ในไตรมาสที่ 2 ปี 2560 บริษัทมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหารซึ่งมีจำนวน 28.64 ล้านบาท ลดลงจำนวน 17.03 ล้านบาทจากจำนวน 45.67 ล้านบาทในรอบระยะเวลาเดียวกันของปีก่อน เนื่องจากในไตรมาสที่ 2 ปี 2559 มีค่าใช้จ่ายตัดจำหน่ายสัญญาที่ยังไม่รับรู้เป็นรายได้จำนวน 8.66 ล้านบาท และค่าตัดจาหน่ายความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้าจำนวน 9.86 ล้านบาทรวมอยู่ในค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหาร
